Travis and Kristen Hopkins have been involved in many different aspects of real estate for the past 25 years and have a wealth of experience that they bring to the table. Each investment opportunity has its own financial breakdown, but they aim for 15-20% internal rate of return and typically hold each investment for 3-5 years.
How It Works
We do the hard part of finding each investment deal that meets strict criteria in emerging markets and conduct extensive due diligence.
Our team puts in place qualified and proven Property Management companies that manage and maintain the asset during the hold period.
We capitalize on value add plays such as improving amenities and remodeling unit interiors, which allows us to increase rents and force appreciation.
Our investors collect cash flow as quarterly distributions, as well as the equity share payout when we exit.
